We had a weak system produce some snow and rain on your Saturday. As of late Saturday afternoon the system was affecting Chicago where fell as snow. That's because temperatures in Chicago are closer to the freezing mark. While in the Quad Cities it did start as snow, but temperatures climbed into the mid 30s. That caused the snow to quickly change over to rain and anything that did stick melted!
