Rain showers began to fall in the mid morning hours today. A few showers had small thunderstorms embedded within them. The rain is expected to be heaviest tonight and taper off by mid-day Thursday. We could see up to 1 inch of rain with this system, which is good since that last significant rain fall was at the end of September.
