The Climate Prediction Center's recent 6-10 day temperature (1st image) and precipitation outlook (2nd image) shows the QCA have below normal temperatures and above normal precipitation as we head into May. This not good news for those fighting the rising flood waters and those of us tired of the dreary, cool weather! Hopefully, things will turn around for the better soon!
