A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for the Quad Cities tonight. As temperatures drop below zero and winds continues at about 10-15 mph wind chill values will drop to -25°! This is cold enough for frostbite to form in a very short time. Be careful and bundle up if you're heading out late Monday night or early Tuesday!
