It's time to check the progress on Earl once again...and as expected it continues to move toward the NC coast. It's back up to Category 4 status, with winds of 135 mph! Hurricane/Tropical Storm Warnings are now in effect from North Carolina through New Jersey, with Hurricane/Tropical Storm Watches in effect through portions of New England. Earl will be extremely close to the Outer Banks, if not on/over the Outer Banks, by late Thursday night and early Friday.
