Wind Gusts from Tuesday

As Anthony mentioned in his blog update and forecast earlier today - it turned out to be a windy day in the Quad Cities.  A Wind Advisory was in effect for most of the day before being canceled (about 30 minutes early) a little before 6pm.  Winds have calmed down considerably but will stay up between 10 and 20 mph for most of the night.  Coupled with temps going down to around 10°, the winds will make it feel like it's below zero late tonight and early Wednesday.
