A Month of Madness....
This March is the warmest on record for the state of Illinois and it's hard to believe just how warm it was this year when you compare the numbers to March of last year.
In 2011, we climbed into the 70s once and we only had 4 days above 60 degrees.
Last year's average high was a seasonable 49° with an average low of 30°. Well, our average high this year was 64° and 42° was this March's average low temp!
And it, looks as if the trend of above normal temps could continue for much of April as we talked about in one of our previous posts!
But, will it be just as warm as March, with several days in the 70s and 80s? We'll have to wait and see!
