Snow Friday? 10 pm Update

10 pm update: I'm bumping the QC snow forecast up to 1-3 inches of snow as it's looking like that's the most likely scenario in the QC! PREVIOUS POST: I'm still ironing out details of the forecast, but more and more things are suggesting light rain changing to light snow on Friday... and it's possible we could see an inch or so of accumulation! Here's one product (on top) that shows an afternoon model with an output of close to 4 inches of snow in the Quad Cities, this looks to be a little overdone though. Also, notice the product (below) from the NWS HPC which shows about a 50% chance of seeing at least an inch of snow! Right now I'm leaning toward rain to snow with an inch or 2 in the Quad Cities by Friday night! Full details come out today on CBS4 News at 5 and 6!
